If I ever really need to delete a ticket request, I may search for those directions... In the meantime, I am just looking for a way to cleanup my view. I saw another post that said you can change the status of the ticket to "closed" and then hide those tickets by changing your view so you only see status "open" tickets. Do you have the steps to do this?
